The Spring Equinox is the fertile ground where we can come together to reflect on the winter and prepare to send out new shoots of growth and blossom.

In times of challenge, it is easy to feel overwhelmed or powerless. Yet when we come together with shared intention, we create a powerful field of steadiness, compassion and hope.
This gathering offers a nurturing space to pause, reconnect with your inner stability, and harness the quiet strength of your own light. Through our collective presence we will gently expand our capacity to meet these times with clarity, trust and heart-led action. 

Together we will create supportive inner anchors, release the energy that doesn’t support us, and weave a collective tapestry of peace that extends beyond the circle.

Join Hattie, Ben and I for a nurturing and uplifting evening inspired by the radiant goddess Hathor, the Lady of the Temple and keeper of the sacred heart. Hathor reminds us that joy is devotion and that we can nurture this in our lives.
Together we will create space to reconnect with your body as a sacred temple, open the heart, and celebrate the life-force beginning to blossom within you this season.

Yin Yoga and Soundbath bring me such a peaceful moment. I have always loved Yin Yoga and it makes me very relaxed, more after a hard day or week. It is incredible the feelings one can feel when combining specific postures with the sounds.
